The tutorial can be booked as either “off the desk” without the need to travel by scheduling a date and time that is most convenient, or if preferred as a “face to face” at our London, Leicester or Cheadle Hulme office. Reality Check: TCF MI - is it adequate

Description:

Come the 31 December deadline FSA have made it clear that they will be coming down hard on those firms that can’t demonstrate to themselves and to FSA that they are consistently treating their customers fairly. To do this, firms will need evidence, their “MI” to demonstrate they are meeting the Treating Customers Fairly Outcomes. Our reality check will review your MI and give you fedback as to whether it is appropriate for your type of business. We are able to carry out the check remotely upon receipt of a copy of your TCF Policy & MI for a fixed fee starting at £350 plus VAT. Description:	Following the deadline for the demonstrable use by regulated firms of Management Information, or MI, for TCF purposes, Resources Compliance offered a full day course. It took the form of a presentation on the key issues that affect firms in respect of TCF MI, followed by a case study, which offered delegates the opportunity to understand the practical application and use of MI, including: what the FSA means by TCF MI, what the FSA is expecting firms to achieve, how firms can use MI to meet FSA expectations and how to document and use TCF MI gathered.
