Noreen is an experienced consultant with 15 years of regulatory compliance experience. She has a strong knowledge of risk frameworks and implementing & embedding such frameworks within firms (both as a consultant and as a member of a firms management team). Noreen has wide experience in the delivery of compliance imperatives and implementation of compliance training for staff. She has also managed teams of compliance professionals to deliver project or business goals.

Prior to joining Resources she has held a number of positions with authorised firms. The last such role was for a multinational finance firm, where Noreen was Senior Compliance Manager. In this role she was responsible for the establishment, implementation & maintenance of mechanisms to capture and address regulatory risks and the development of business effective tools, systems and controls for analysing and monitoring risk, raising awareness of emerging regulatory risk and data leakage mitigation.

Noreen also has experience of providing compliance input into product design and marketing as well as leading large project teams to deliver on areas such as: Treating Customers Fairly, FSA driven Past Business Reviews, Consumer Credit regulation changes and Data Security, (Data Protection).
