Paul Grainger was Managing Director of Grainger Consulting, formerly part of the Compliance.co.uk Limited Group. He has over 20 years experience in financial services, mostly in hands-on compliance.  He has experience in fund management, professional firms, IFA and product provider sectors, including leading edge developments in e-commerce and the resulting regulatory implications.  Paul regularly carries out consulting assignments and training programmes for financial services firms in the UK and overseas. 

He is an acknowledged specialist in Compliance and Training & Competence (T&C) issues in the UK and overseas.  Paul provides lead opinion and has acted as an expert witness for the Institute of Chartered Accountants on compliance matters. He is an experienced tutor and lecturer and is well known, through articles and speaking engagements, as an advocate of standards and quality improvement and for promoting the benefits of a proactive and business focused approach to compliance and competence.
