Managing Director Compliance

Simon is Managing Director of Resources Compliance, a specialist regulatory compliance practice within Resources Global Professionals. Simon is responsible for the overall management of the practice and its interaction within Resources offices in the UK and Europe. Resources Compliance works with a wide range of FSA regulated firms and Simon is involved in overseeing Resources Compliance projects and strategic work. He is a regular speaker at conferences and writes on regulatory issues in the financial press.

In 2004 Simon was asked by the FSA to join the Compliance Consultants Steering Group an organisation formed to facilitate a communication channel between consultancy firms and the FSA and to promote the professional standards of consultancy firms. The Steering Group formed the trade body, the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants and Simon represents the organisation at industry conferences and liaison with the FSA and is the current Chairman.
